Small Laser ships machines, accessories, and consumables based on product availability, destination, warehouse location, and the selected transportation method.
Order processing: after an order is placed, our team reviews product availability, payment status, shipping address, and any special requirements. In-stock items are usually prepared for shipment as soon as possible. Customized orders, special-order machines, or items that require configuration may need additional production or preparation time, and the schedule will be confirmed individually.
Estimated delivery times: for in-stock items shipping from our US warehouse to US addresses, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment. For customers in other regions, delivery usually takes 15-30 days, depending on logistics providers, local customs, destination, and chosen transportation method.
Tracking: once your order ships, we will provide tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.
International shipping and customs: international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges. These charges are not included in our product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated in writing, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping address: please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email are accurate before placing an order. If you need to change an address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after shipment.
Freight and large items: laser machines and larger equipment may require freight shipping, appointment delivery, liftgate service, forklift unloading, or commercial receiving arrangements. Our team may contact you to confirm delivery details before shipment.
Delays: delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, customs inspection, carrier delays, holidays, remote delivery areas, and force majeure events may affect delivery time.
