Why We Started
At Sky Fire Laser, we have always believed that laser technology should not be confined to factories; it should also enter more people's lives and work scenarios.
Our vision is simple: to make industrial-grade laser solutions more compact, easier to use, and more accessible, reaching the whole world.
It was this idea that gave birth to the AirFamily series—a new generation of air-cooled laser equipment, bringing users efficiency, creativity, and accessibility.
The AirFamily Series
The AirFamily includes three core products, each representing a milestone in our R&D journey:
- CutAir—A compact laser cutter with dual capabilities, cutting both metals and non-metals, integrating industrial-grade cutting power into a DIY-sized machine.
- WeldAir—A lightweight yet professional laser welding solution, making precision welding simpler, suitable for workshops and makers.
- MarkAir—A versatile laser marking machine, providing fast, clear, and reliable marking on various materials.
Our Milestones
Project Conceptualization Phase
- Timeline: Conception began in December 2023 and took shape in April 2024
- The initial concept for the AirFamily project was born during a brainstorming session where the team posed the question: Can air-cooled laser technology be applied to multiple scenarios like cutting, welding, and marking?
CutAir Development
- Design Phase (starts in September 2024): The first version of the design was completed, establishing the positioning of "dual cutting (metal + non-metal) + air-cooled + compact size".
- First Prototype (January 2025): The first CutAir prototype was completed, marking the AirFamily's official entry into physical verification.
- Second Prototype (June 2025): Based on test feedback, the second-generation prototype was completed, with significant improvements in performance and stability.

WeldAir Development
- Design Phase (start in June 2025): WeldAir was positioned as a lightweight, precision air-cooled laser welding device, and its design was finalized.
- Prototype Phase (September 2025): The first prototype was completed and tested in small-scale welding scenarios.

Our Mission
We do not just pursue technological breakthroughs; we have a clear mission:
To enable more people to learn and apply laser knowledge, promoting advanced laser technology worldwide.
Whether for individual makers, workshops, factories, or enterprises, we aim to provide the tools needed for innovation, creation, and success.
Looking Ahead
The AirFamily is just the beginning.
With the achievement of each milestone, we move closer to that goal:
To make laser technology not only powerful but also practical, accessible, and inspiring.
